self-pick-up (by customer)

– This service is available to all customers in and around Stuttgart.

– Prior order shall be placed on our website in order to avail self-pickup service.

Prior arrangements regarding Pick up time and date shall be done by customer via Email or Telephone. Order shall be picked up from our warehouse (Address: Cannstatter straße 116/1, 70734 Fellbach)

– Check SPAM folder if you don’t see this mail in your inbox.

- Self pick up @Fellbach: Wed (16:00 - 18:00) and Sat (14:00 - 17:00)

Shippment through Hermes

– This is standard delivery option for all customers in Germany. 

– Check SPAM folder if you don’t see this mail in your inbox.

– Shipment through Hermes costs 4€ within Germany. 

– Shipping is free for orders from 44€ (within Germany).

– An order will be dispatched the day after payment is received. Hermes takes upto 4 working days after order is dispatched.

– If the package comes back due to wrong address or name on the doorbell, or unavailability of the recipient, 4€ will be additionally charged (per box) for resending the package. 

– If an order has already been Shipped or has been returned and needs to be cancelled, shipment cost of 4€ will be deducted from the order amount at the time of refund.

– Please carry your personal id proof / Passport if you need to collect the package from a Hermes packetshop. Please check their opening timings online.

Accidents / Delays / Exceptions

– Delay could arise upto 2 days at Indian-Markt due to unavailability of some product (Out of stock). If long delay is expected then customer will be contacted by Indian-Markt.

– In rare cases, the box can get damaged while being handled by the transport company. In this case, the provider usually repacks the box at the centre and delivers. This can cause a delay of 2-4 additional days.
